Return Policy of Piercings Works
At Piercings Works, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of purchase. Below, you will find the conditions and steps for returning your order.
Return Policy:
- Opened Sterilization Bag: If the sterilization bag of the piercing has been opened, returns are not possible.
- Unopened Sterilization Bag: If the bag is unopened, you can return the piercing within 14 days and receive a full refund.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item is not as described or arrives damaged, Piercings Works will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Responsibility: In all other cases, such as ordering the wrong size, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Repairs:
- Repair Period: For issues such as a damaged screw or a loose gemstone, we offer a repair period of up to 60 days from the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair your piercing.
- Warranty: All piercings come with a 6-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects and repairs free of charge.
- Important: We are not responsible for the loss of piercings.
Lost Piercings:
In the event of losing a purchased piece of jewelry, Piercings Works is not responsible. In such cases, we recommend contacting your home insurance provider to claim the loss.
Special Service for Customers Who Had Their Piercing Done with Us:
- If you lose your piercing or a bead within 7 days after placement, we will provide a free replacement, including assistance with reinstallation.
- Please ensure you keep your receipt to take advantage of this service.
