Piercing & Tattoo Minimum Age

Attention: If you want to place a piercing and you're between 12 and 16 years, then one of your parents or caretakers have to sign a form of approval. 

Both your parents or caretakers and you have to bring with you: a valid Dutch or EU or International identity card or passport, from which we will make a copy. 

If you're 16 or above then you're allowed to to have certain piercings without signing a form of approval. But you have to bring with you an identity card or passport to prove that you're really 16 or above.
