Rules and Conditions for Piercings Purchased and Services Provided at Our Shop Piercings Works Amsterdam
Return Policy:
If the sterilization pouch of the piercing has been opened, returns are not possible.
If the pouch has not been opened, you can return the piercing within 14 days and receive a full refund.
Repairs:
In case of issues with the piercing, such as a damaged screw or a dislodged stone, we offer a repair period of up to 60 days after purchase. This means we will repair your piercing within this time frame.
All piercings come with a 6-month warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and repairs free of charge within this period.
Please note: We are not responsible for the loss of piercings.
Loss of a Piercing:
In the event of losing a purchased piece of jewelry, we are not responsible. In such cases, please contact your home insurance provider to file a claim for the loss.
Special Service for Customers Who Had Their Piercing Done with Us:
If you lose your piercing or a ball within 7 days of placement, we will provide a free replacement, including assistance with reapplication.
