Aphraheals Aftercare Instructions:

1. Open the sachet of Aphraheals and put the contents in 2 dl of clean water

2. Let the content dissolve completely

3. Soak a tissue or cotton ball in the solution and place it on the piercing.

    Note: cover pierced holes fully

4. Apply for at least 15 minutes (the longer, the better) on the piercing holes.

    Do this twice per day.

5.  You should not use the solution for longer than 7 days.

In case of inflammation, please follow the aftercare instructions provided on the Aphraheals package. These differ from regular aftercare.
